COLOURS
Most of our products are available in our Standard Shade Card colours and some products are availabile in Non-Standard Colours. Please see individual product cards for more information.

BESPOKE
We can produce your own designs and dye to your colours. Please contact us or visit us to discuss your requirements. Minimum commercial quantities apply for bespoke items.

TIMING
Orders emailed from our website are serviced on receipt throughout the day. We offer next day delivery within UK for orders received before 2pm. All products are subject to availability. Out of stock items may take up to 4 weeks. We encourage advance orders to avoid disappointment.

PRICING
Our published prices do not include 17.5% VAT which will be included on your invoice. Our prices may change from those advertised.

DELIVERY
Delivery charges include protective packaging and current postal or courier rates. Delivery costs will be advised on your order confirmation. If goods do not arrive or if they are damaged in any way you must tell us within 24 hours of receipt.

SPECIAL OFFERS
We offer a 10% reduction for school or college orders.

PROFORMA PAYMENT
On receipt of your order, we will send you a proforma invoice. Payment of this proforma invoice is required before despatch. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque (with a cheque guarantee card), credit or debit card or cash. Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20 per representation.

30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT
Please contact us if you are interested in setting up an account with us. No orders will be accepted for credit accounts where invoices are overdue or credit limit is exceeded. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, we can exercise our statutory right to charge interest and administrative fees on overdue invoices.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a product please return it to us within 7 days in the same condition you received it and we will provide a full refund. If your order is incomplete or contains the wrong products you must tell us within 24 hours of receipt. After delivery you are responsible for protecting goods against loss or damage.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order prior to despatch we will endeavour to help, however, in certain circumstances we may have to issue a credit note to be used against future purchases.
