3. Sold by the Metre, also available in continuous length. This sinamay is woven on hand looms in a boxed pattern, leaving a gap of about 6mm spaces with 4 or 5 fibres more closely woven. Sinamay is probably the most used material for creating many millinery creations hats and fascinators. This fabric made from the fine fibres of the abaca tree are hand selected and hand woven carefully together to form this material. Unstiffened finish. This material can be used both in making hats and millinery ideas and also as a trim, the results are truly endless. The openness of the weave gives ease of movement and the ideas are endless with this material.
